Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of each Emporio Sirenuse piece. However, should you wish to make a return, please ensure the following conditions are met. 

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must adhere to the following criteria:

  • Be in pristine, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition
  • Have all original tags affixed and intact
  • Be returned in the original packaging, including the undamaged Emporio Sirenuse box
  • Be shipped from the same country where the order was originally delivered

Please note: Homeware items are eligible for return only from countries within the European Union.

Returns from the United States

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To begin the process, kindly email our customer care team at customer@emporiosirenuse.com.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a refund for the full value of the item(s), minus a flat shipping fee of €70.

Returns from Europe & Rest of the World

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To begin the process, kindly email our customer care team at customer@emporiosirenuse.com.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once your return is received and accepted, we will refund you the full value of the returned item(s).
